Disclaimer of Warranties:holyspa.com on behalf of itself and its suppliers, disclaims all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement and it makes no warranty or representation regarding the results that may be obtained from the use of content or services, the accuracy or reliability of any content obtained through the services. holyspa.com makes no warranty that the services will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error free. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by member from holyspa.com or through the services shall create any warranty. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some or all of the above exclusions may not apply to you.

Limitation of Liability:In no event shall holyspa.com, be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind whatsoever with respect to the service.

INDEMNIFICATION:You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless holyspa.com, holyspa. and subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, suppliers, consultants, agents from any and all third party claims, actions, liability, damages and/or costs (including, but not limited to, attorneys fees) arising from Your use of the Services, Your violation of the Privacy Policy or these Terms of Service, or infringement by You or any other user of Your account of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity. Miscellaneous: This agreement is governed by the laws of republic of India. You hereby irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Delhi, India in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the holyspa.com astrology products/other products and services. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced. holyspa.com's failure to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not waive its right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches. Terms: This Agreement shall continue in full force and effect for so long as you are using the Services. Either you or holyspa.com may terminate the service at any time, with or without cause.If holyspa.com finds any information that the profile provided that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, holyspa reserves the right to suspend or terminate such account and refuse any and all current and future use of the services. The Visitors are guided by the Privacay Policy laid down by the company

Liability & Indemnification:Users of holyspa.com expressly agrees that the use of this service is at User's sole risk. Neither holyspa.com nor it's employees / associates make any warranty to the results that my be obtained from the use of holyspa.com or as to the accuracy, reliability and content of any information, service or merchandise provide through holyspa.com.User expressly understand and agree that www.holyspa.com shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if holyspa.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from:

• Statements or conduct of any third party on the service; or
• Any other matter relating to the service.

User agrees to defend, indemnify and hold holyspa.com and it's directors / employees / associates / affiliates not responsible from and against all disputes and expenses thereof, arising out of the use of by holyspa.com user.

International:User agree to comply with all applicable laws and governing rules of residing country, regarding transmission of any data and dealing with content online.If any service/product is banned in any country,then customers are requested to see their residing country laws related to a particular servicess/products.Because holyspa.com follows rules as per Indian Govt.Many products/services are not allowed in many other countries but allowed in india,and so customers must take care of this on his/her own.We will in no way responsible if any banned items/services(in that country)is ordered and shipped,in this type of cases,customers who ordered the banned product/services himself/herself will only be responsible.

Ownership and Liability:holyspa.com does not claim ownership of content that a user place on this site. By submitting content to holyspa.com for inclusion on the site, the user expressly acknowledge that holyspa.com does not pre-screen the content, but shall have the right but not the obligation in its sole discretion to refuse to post or remove any content that violates the TOS or is otherwise objectionable,or for any other reason which it feels is not in it's interests. Termination:User agree that holyspa.com, in its sole discretion, may terminate user's profile / account, use of the Services and remove and discard any content within the Service, for any reason, including, without limitation, for lack of use or if holyspa.com believes that the user has violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of the TOS. holyspa.com may also in its sole discretion and at any time discontinue providing the Service, or any part thereof, with or without notice. User agree that any termination of user access to the Service under any provision of this TOS may be effected without prior notice, and acknowledge and agree that holyspa.com may immediately deactivate or delete user's profile / account and all related information and files and/or bar any further access to such files or the Service. Further, user agree that holyspa.com shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your access to the Service.
